Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza

Came in on Halloween. Could not order in store due to order volume, mobile ordering was also not working. Staff explained they had so many orders that they were struggling to keep up. Still made a pizza for me! Staff was awesome - don’t see that type of service most places anymore. Also the food was great as expected.

Oh my lawd that monkey cinnamon bread was the best thing I've had in a very long time!! Truly decadent and perfect!! The pizza was also delish buy honey? That monkey bread?? To die! I'm dead!! 💯

Second time in weeks I had order issues with this store. Both times ordered online and arrive 30 minutes later with no order made and ready. The first time one of two pizzas was made and the girl argued with me about the second being on my order until I pulled out my phone to show her the receipt. The second time I ordered a family size and questioned the employee that it looked smaller than 16 inches. His response was, no it’s just curled. Well when I got home and took a pic and sure enough not the size I paid for. Bunch of young kids who don’t care about their job and it shows.

They have consistently prepared my gluten free and cheese free pizza half correctly. The oblong shape was a bit unusual, though

Been going here for years and it used to be 4 or 5 stars all around. Current employees seem to be out of ingredients every week and have a slow time making the pizzas. Quality has dropped and the atmosphere feels like a cemetery. Would recommend almost any other pizza place at this point.
